Throughout this course, participants will be guided in developing a Community Climate–Health Action Plan that establishes a locally driven, sustainable strategy to strengthen health, resilience, and sovereignty within their community. The course draws from the Community Health through Climate Change guidebook developed by CIER, which serves as the foundation for four modules, each lasting approximately 10-20 minutes.

The modules feature narration, slides, visuals, and interactive components to support engaging, practical learning. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate via email recognizing them as a Community Health Through Climate Change Champion.
